The Role:
We are looking for an independent contractor(Sales & Project Manager) with their own company to drive business growth and oversee project execution. This is a commission-based role, ideal for an experienced sales professional or consulting business specializing in EV solutions, renewable energy, or infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business and close deals in the EV sector.
- Build relationships with businesses, property managers, municipalities, and fleet operators.
- Manage EV infrastructure projects from planning to execution.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful deployments.
- Stay informed on EV industry trends, government incentives, and regulations.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage client relationships.
- Travel locally for client meetings and project site visits as needed.

What We’re Looking For:
- Independent Business: Must operate as an independent contractor with their own registered company.
- Experience: 3+ years in B2B sales, project management, or business development (preferably in EV, renewable energy, or tech).
- Skills: Strong sales, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
- Location: Must be based in the Greater Vancouver Areaand able to travel for in-person meetings.
- Vehicle: Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
- Mindset: Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable with a commission-based contract.
